FRESH-CUT BEEF ROASTS
DCF offers a wide variety of beef roasts - each is custom hand-cut and trimmed to your specifications. If the cuts you use are not listed here, simply tell your DCF sales representative which ones you require.

Our standard trim on beef roasts is one quarter inch of fat cover; however, any roast can be cut, trimmed and packaged to meet your specific requirements. If desired, roasts can also be mechanically tenderized, jet-netted and vacuum packed. Your Dutch Creek sales representative will be happy to assist with your special order instructions.

FRESH-CUT STEAKS
Dutch Creek Foods offers a full line of steaks, all hand-cut and trimmed to perfection. Both CABTM and USDA Choice grades are available; other grades can also be cut by special order. Any cut can be portion-cut, trimmed and packaged according to your needs. Loin, rib and round cuts are aged for 21 days before cutting, and can be mechanically tenderized for extra tenderness.

Standard cut on porterhouse, T-bone, strip, top sirloin and rib steaks is one quarter inch fat trim and one inch tail or lip. Standard cut on filets, ball tip, ribeye and round steaks is no fat trim and no tail or lip.

MISCELLANEOUS BEEF CUTS
In addition to roasts and steaks, Dutch Creek Foods offers a wide variety of other cuts of beef. These cuts can be customized to meet your individual needs. As always, if you do not see the cuts you wish to use, we will be happy to custom cut anything you require.

Ground Beef Products
DCF offers a full line of quality ground beef products. Orders for special seasonings, custom lean-to-fat ratios and final grinds of various sizes are always welcome. Of course, all product is carefully inspected before processing, and a special removal system is used to eliminate any undesirable bone and gristle.

Five pounds is the standard package size for bulk ground beef. Standard pack size for ground beef patties is a ten pound box. However, custom packaging is available and inquiries can be made with our sales representative for full details.
